What happens if the person only has one arm?

Well, I hate to be touched, so I think they suck but for a different reason. Family, fine, I'll hug you...maybe...it depends on the situation. Don't get me wrong, my wife and kids are showered with hugs and kisses, but anybody else? I would rather not even shake hands.
But hugs from people? You better be REAL close to me if you think you will ever get that close to physical contact.

I think it depends on who you are hugging. But if I feel I need to hug someone with one arm - I'd just as soon not hug at all.
Whatever topic is posted, is posted by a glamster, so
is therefore reflective of glamsters, and indictive
of the topical issues currently bothering the
glam scene, per se. I assure you we're judged
by 'outsiders' regardless of what we chat about.

Who the hell cares how others judge us? Since when is ALL talk here about glam?
Those were rhetorical questions.
Am I the only one who finds it a bit silly that some of us (not naming names here, so calm down) who might be in their 30's or so, still classify ourselves by a music style? I find 30 year old "Punks" hysterical. I just picture them standing in front of a mirror wondering if they are "Punk" enough. I just always found that funny.
"Hey man, what are you?"
"I'm a _____________________!!!"
(music genre choice)
I use the term 'glamster' in a light-hearted sense.

here, then I care. Remember that chap
who wrote in a different BB post-Dimbag's
death, saying all rockers deserve such
a thing because they're all thick, devil's
children, etc. That was a distastfully
ignoble thing to do, but to argue with
it - as suggested - would have probably
resulted in paralysis by analysis. I was
tempted though.

I just find it utterly ridiculous to classify yourself anyway. Do people really believe themselves to be so one-dimensional? If they do, it's sad. And you're right Carl. It does get a bit ridiculous the older you get. My daughter can come home from school and say so and so is goth or so and so is this or that... but it's hilarious to say so and so that goes to work every day, has rent to pay, groceries to buy, kids to take care of, and gases up the car is defined only by the music they listen to or how they dress.
I'm ecstatic to be just a normal person. A mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend. I love that I can listen to many kinds of music and not have to hide it from my friends cuz oh god forbid I'm supposed to be a metal chick and it's just not right to listen to country music. And it's wonderful that I can dress up and wear lots of make up and skimpy clothes (which in my present condition would be ridiculous - lol!) or I can just hang out in sweats and not be kicked out of some imaginary club because I'm not completely conforming to someone else's idea of how I should look.
I hate people who classify themselves. I hate people who try to classify me. I think it's wrong to judge other people. And I laugh at those who judge me. I feel sorry for the younger generation that always has to be classified. Ok I'm done ranting.
And all this b/c Lycan wanted to talk about hugs.
I'd classify Sinnmin in the "YOU HAVE TO BE THIS TALL TO RIDE THE RIDE" category....hahaha!!!
Only joking Sinn. Go ahead I know there is a comeback coming from you....hehe.
I'm 37 and I'm a glamster...
Classifying???....Everyone here does it. Don't tell me classifying is riduculous when you see someone all dressed ragged and you automatically classify them as Homeless....You see a Blackman and you already classify them as a thief. You see a Mexican and you already classify them as being illegal.
Don't pretend like classifying is stupid cuz all of us...and I mean all of us have done it before.
